What items can my team sell?

Who should use UR Fundraising?

  • Everyone!  If you want to raismoney for your team, school, community, group, charity, or organization, we can help.  With our easy to use platform, we make raising money easy.  Just follow the link to our short video and see how easy and fast we can get your group making money.


When do we get our money?

  • Once your team campaign closes and delivery is completed, then you’ll receive your commission cheque. Campaigns run just over two weeks so you and your team will be able to cash in quick! 


What types of Payments do you accept? 

  • Because we use an on-line store for purchases, your customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Debit Visa, AMEX.  You will have access to your store to see up to the minute purchases.  Your team dashboard allows you to even track each members total sales so you can see who is selling within your group. 


Can we see how much money we are raising?  

  • Yes!  Your fundraising coordinator will receive automatic daily reporting showing the team member leaderboard, the campaign progress and the seller's report. You can also see the progress bar on your store. Once your campaign is completed, you will also be given a summary of all transactions. 


Can we do more than one Campaign? 

  • Yes.  We have some groups who run a fundraiser 4 times every year.  This ensures the group has ongoing revenue to help fund the programs they need.  We can reserve and keep you up to date on available dates.  We also are updating our items available for sale all the time so are always adding new items to offer to your friends and family.  


Are there any costs involved? 

  • It is free to start your fundraiser, however we do have a delivery fee of $75 if you don't sell 50 cases. 


What happens when the fundraiser ends?

  • When the fundraiser ends, we close your store so that buyers will no longer be able to view or purchase products. Once the store closes, your group will be notified and given a summary of all purchases with contact info.     


How long do Fundraisers remain active?

  • All fundraisers are active for just over 2 weeks.  We have many tips to help make your fundraiser successful. 


How much can we make with your fundraising platform?

  • The profits vary for everyone based on how engaged your members are. We offer a fee per case, average commission per case is around $18. Example: based on a team consisting of 20 members selling 10 cases per member, you would earn approximately $3600. 


What if there is a problem with the quality of a purchase?

  • We have a product guarantee on all purchases.  We are the point of contact for any concerns so we can get you a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.  All of our products are the highest of standards because we have decades of foodservice experience, we have very specific quality expectations for customers.  More information is listed in the Returns and refunds policy page.
